A person with mild to severe autism that is obsessed with trains. Can be used to describe autists as a general term.

Can be used to describe a person that is distracted and forgets something do to the distracting nature of locomotives.

What is ol' Toothless Johnny doing? Oh nothing he has that train brain and is looking at pictures of trains.
