Slitherbutt

A guy with a hot piece of ass, but happens to be the biggest prick on this planet. This wonderfully versatile insult implies that the person being insulted may be hot, but is rather slow-witted and is an enormous asshole.

Zoe: "Ugh, why is Dan such a fucking slitherbutt?!?"

Kiersten: "I dunno, he's like the lord of all slitherbutts."
