Ball Clack 

In the act of homosexual male intercourse, a male is not yet considered "gay" until his ball sack collides with his partner's ball sack thus resulting in the "Ball Clack".

Billy and Timmy were having a fun time enjoying one another's masculinity until the ball clack occurred making the entire experience totally and unrelentingly gay.
