Jim bonner is a code word used by the navy seals to locate a nonce which is a brittish slang term for paedophile this was used after the Iraq war when the seals captured a terrorist named jim bonner who had been hiding in a underground tunnel off the coast of Iraq. Jim bonner was charged with child trafficking and sentenced to death.
