People that use Twitch or Discord say pepaga to call someone stupid, but not just stupid, the stupid person is unaware that they're being stupid, and they go on about their life happily because they're unaware of this.
A delivered guy delivers prepaid food to the wrong address by leaving the food outside the wrong house and the delivery guy didn't ring the customer straight away to make sure they can get the food. The delivery guy is pepage when he goes off to make the next delivery as he is unaware that he made multiple mistakes, and so happily goes on about his day.
