A derogatory word used to describe the genitals of a male-to-female transgender person who has undergone gender reassignment surgery.

A portmanteau of the words "Gut" and "Cunt".

"Hey bro, did you hear Joanne got herself a new gunt?"
"Tell her to dilate it regularly, or else that shit will stitch itself back up."
