A balci is a type of person you regret talking to. This guy has to much knowledge of anime, games and even hentai. Sometimes this person sings anime openings in the middle of class and calling you senpai. Most of the times this person is gay and is in possession of an anime bodypillow.

Person 1: Hey look at that weird guy.
Person 2: Yeah I think he is a Balci.
