-Similar to the pastry variety this breakfast, lunch, dinner, mid-schwarma, midnight, or "I didn't have anything to eat all day" food is a gourmonde special. Instead of light fluffy pastry it has an outershell of meat; predominantly ground beef but other luncheon meats, sausages, bratwurts, or gyros may and usually are added. Instead of the vanilla frosting in the middle it is injected with mayonaise. The final product is a decadent meat twinkie that straddles the boundary between dessert and pocket snack food.
