(slang) A term used to denote someone who acts silly, foolishly, says comical nonsensical things , or tells bad jokes. Often used affectionately amongst peers. *common within black populations

Person 1: Dances in a silly, exaggerated way
Person 2: Hah yeah you're ugly as hell for that
