A freakybummer is someone who has an uhhealthy interest in the Hoff and all Hoff related subjects. He can normally be found sporting a leather jacket, speedo's and cowboy boots while at the same time 'striking a pose' and whistling 'hooked on a feeling'.

They may also have a thing for midgets (especially on horseback)
