Bagelist 

Someone who holds a strong opinion of what constitutes an authentic bagel. The person rejects businesses and individuals who claims to make "bagels," yet simply produce rolls with holes that lack specific bagel attributes as defined by the "bagelist."

What do you mean Panera and Einstein Bros. don't make real bagels? You must be a bagelist.
