The act of fellatio whereby the male inserts his penis into his partner's whole in their neck created from a tracheotomy and the head of the penis visibly protrudes out his partner's mouth and, at climax, ejaculates onto the male's torso, similar to the alien on Segourny Weaver in the Aliens movies.
