An occurrence when a person overtly apologizes and kindly ask for items; also accompanied by greetings and salutations to all persons in the room as if there has been a long standing relationship.
It's kindannoying to listen to how overtly nice this guy is to all of the people in the room. It is kindannoying to hear him be so kind, but also be so annoying with his 'over-the-top gratitude.
