Only to be overwritten eventually by true software developers who then complain to him/her about said actions. Typically this will result in a cry session requiring a pallet of tissue to resolve. Additional traits of a Retardev is to hard code data that is otherwise pulled from the database in conjunction with several thousand line IF statements.
