thumb sleeve

The act of taking ones thumb, rubbing it between the ball sack or vagina and asshole. Then rubbing said thumb onto upper lip, leaving a residue to be smelt for an extended period of time.

Dennis: Dude! Why did you just put your hand in your pants and rub your lip?
Mac: I gave myself a thumb sleeve, I needed to know what I’m dealing with down there
