When a co-worker leaves for the day early, and you have to remain at work for a more significant amount of time. Usually accompanied by that person also getting to work later than you did.

Peter: (after strolling in at 10am that morning) "Hi team, I'll be leaving at around 3pm today."
Bob: "*looks at watch* (mutters "MBN" to teammates)
