Sorbo 

A large painful abscess located in between the anus and the genitals. Usually filled with a foul smelling, highly infectious thick puss. Usually caused by anabolic steroid abuse and the embracing of flawed and hateful ideologies.

Kevin turned into a real Sorbo on the ass of society.
