The act of extremely sloppy and disgusting butt sex with a member of the homeless community. Origins came from the early 70's where weird sexual intercourse was encouraged and did not need to make sense.

Boy, look at Billy's girlfriend, she is so dirty looking he looks like a total Buttslumpter.
