Chloe is the nicest person you'll ever meet. She is caring and loving to all her friends so don't mess that up.. she is a very artistic person and has a great sense of style. She has that crackhead type of energy but it comes to a use. She is very different than most people. She will stand out more than others but she is also a great friend.
