stekta is a word to describe someone whos in a cult , but somehow balkan kids (gaseri) changed the words meaning to someone who is goth or just into alternative/harajuku fashion in general or someone who has a more geeky hobby like (watching anime, cartoons ect)..and or someone whos an achiest or Satanist .. and its most commonly used to harrass people who fall into these categories
