Sleep Crapnea 

A debilitating disease, mostly commonly associated with Boston Terriers. They begin snoring while they sleep, followed by large amounts of toxic fumes coming from the rear of the animal

We just found out my dog has sleep crapnea, he snores like a freight train, and farts like mule.
