The act of taking a family's possessions from their yard (such as furniture, lawn gnomes, potted plants, pink flamingos, balls, bicycles, hula hoops, etc..) and replacing it with another family's, and visa versa.
Yo man I am bored as shit, lets go do a Yard Swap on some innocent familys in the rich neighborhood up the street.
