When an instrumentalist’s (generally those who play brass instruments) penis grows so large and erect, it gives the illusion of a trombone.

James used his massive tromboner to mine the hard to reach places in Suzan’s gaping hole. Amongst the moaning, you could hear a soft, but noticeable “BUM BUM BUM!” signifying the presence of a tromboner.
