Acronym: Scantly clothed urban dirty debutant. Once Originated from Saddam’s Bunker in Baghdad, he’d launch a series of scudd missiles into the night sky that would fly aimlessly hoping to hit something. Adapted for civilian use after 30 years, it represents those outfits you see those ladies in the club, or even family dinner that look over the top ridiculous. But these ladies believe the world is looking at them for their stunning beauty, it’s just not the case. It’s just gross! Always on the prowl for a man, single, married or whatever to give them attention.
