The money a person earns for their company that they aren't paid.

"I made GE 2 million by inventing a new process for distributing power."
"How much did you make for doing that?"
"My salary is $200,000 a year."
"So basically GE taxed you 90% of the money you made them."
"Yeah, I guess I paid some sort of wage tax."
