If a male person rubs his pinga on you in public he is a pingadora.

Or if he does anything sexual in public that others view as innappropriate, he is a pingadora.

If a male person dissappoints you sexually, he is a pingadora.

If a male person is disloyal, he is a pingadora

If a male person behaves sexually immature, he is a pingadora

If a male person treats a girl disrepectfully, he is a pingadora
