Acronym for “crying my eyes out.”

Used in the opposite sense of “lmao.” “Lmao” is to convey great joy and laughter, or can be used in a sarcastic setting, where as “cmeo” is used in times of intense sadness.

“Omg Brian stop telling me this bad news, literally Cmeo rn.”
