Buddy Box

The 20 metre by 20 metre area on the left facing flank/pocket 40m - 60m out from goal. Coined Buddy Box after Lance Franklin; the area where he kicks nearly all of his goals and provides most of his assists. An area of the ground where opposition teams now usually drop back a spare defender when playing Hawthorn
Hawthorn has the ball in the Buddy Box and the opposition should be wary.
