(n.) A term of endearment for a dopey dog, usually when exhibiting unusual mannerisms. A combination of "stinky" and "little", two other strange terms of endearment.

A: Wow, your dog is doing that thing where she sits weird again!
B: Waow! She's such a stinkle <3
