Originally from the hit 2d massive multiplayer online role playing game Maplestory, a player named MickeyOCE which had his name joked as Mankey as it had a 1 letter difference from the hit series Pokemon by the Nintendo Company.. From then on it has become a word with relation to being a dumbass with a big cock.
