Chief Keef

Someone who smokes weed off of others and hogs the blunt, bowl, etc. as though it is is theirs, doing it on purpose, hoping no one will notice.

Friend: "Dude, you're being a Chief Keef, pass the blunt. You didn't even throw down on the weed."
