The art of a female queefing in the face of another person of lesser awesomeness or alternatively, in the face of a significant other whilst not paying attention. Hence; wafting them with tuna.
Boy sits staring at his game of Modern Warfare. Girl says "i'm gonna tuna waft him." girl sneaks up behind him and then lets out a loud queef on his head, everyone laughs....except the boy.
