Although the official spelling is 'Andy Dufranse' Named after The character from The Shawshank Redemption. Refers to losing something in the pocket of your trousers due to a hole, or purposley getting rid of something via a hole in the trouser pocket. Can also be shortened to 'Dufraned'

'Oh damn, I lost my keys. I think I Andy Dufransed them.'
