Blizzard Slap

A blizzard slap is when a man takes his spent condom off and ties the end of it like a balloon. He then precedes to slap his partner in the face with it until the semen breaks out like a blizzard on her face.

After railing his girlfriend Peter North blizzard slapped her till she cried.
