boss's girlfriend

A female who undermines, micro manages and even sometimes belittles you because the boss lets her get away with it. She has no underlining qualifications yet receives promotions and favors. We all know she's grooming or even worse, sleeping with the boss.

"Wow did you hear she threatened to quit if she didn't get the promotion?"

"I can't tell if she's an asslicker, a boss's girlfriend or a prostitute"
