Lying, or misleading or giving someone the impression that you're interested and invested in a long term romantic relationship, but the true intent has having a sex a couple or handful of times, and then breaking up with them unexpectedly.

John was intimate with Mary for 6 months. He couldve been direct and honest and specific about his intentions about just wanting casual sex, and she wouldve been fine with it, but it turns out he was too much a lil bitch and verbal coward to say that beforehand, so he Pump and Dumped her when he got tired and bored.
