When a person says horrible comments to another person about someone who is either I friend or someone they really hate

Person 1: I think Emma looks really fat in in that outfit!
Person 2: yeah she is and ugly.

But then also does this
Person 1: hi Emma you're looking
Person 2: omg you are so beautiful
Emma: thanks guys but stop BITCHING about me.
