Ass Cut 

A well below average cut of meat usually purchased on discount. The eater typically feels they are eating 'steak', but only by the loosest standards because it originated from the absolute worst portions of the cow.

The steak equivalent of a hot dog.

A: I'm eating good tonight. I'm having steak!

B: No you aren't Farley, that is totally the ass cut
