By definition a person who has very low standards on who they cheat on women with, "Charms" women to get what they want, makes them think whatever is possible wants by telling them what they want to hear, Lies, Cheats, beats on women if it would benifit themself, and has multiple children by different women. A individual who truely cares only about themself and will one day be alone and broke.
