Proper Noun. A World of Warcraft player that had his name changed to Bouth ("Balls in Mouth") by a GM.

Bouth: "You changed my name to 'BOUTH!' It means 'Balls in Mouth'. That's like changing my name to 'Imaqueer'!!"
