When a guy doesn't wash his balls for about a week or so... and then walks up behind a girl who is sitting down, and drops his nuts on top of her head. She usually only feels a tickle, because they are so small!

Lucy was sitting on a chair, and Richie came up behind her and gave her the Tribou Tickler!
