The process of both laughing and crying. Usually one's reaction from when something is deep but has elements of humour, or when someone takes something usually very serious and puts a funny spin to it.

After Matt twists Danica's rough situation into a funny one...

D: Loved it. It made me cry but that's because I'm wound very tight at the moment. I'm laughing and tearing up at the same time haha.
