Vegan 

A person who is obsessed with talking at length about their diet or other lifestyle choice, especially to people who don't care. May include people who are not actually vegan, but act like it. Often associated with special diets like gluten free, Paleo, bacon, and/or crossfit.

I'm tired of Matty pushing his Paleo diet. He's such a vegan about it.
