Pressie 

A dye pressed pill usually cut with chemicals near in effect to a well known drug. Typically bought on the street and sold as counterfeit resembling a prescription drug or other type of pure drug. Potentially mixed with untested or dangerous research chemicals, fentanyl, and cheap filler.

I bought a pressie off the dealer in the club.
