Clown of the Year, a prestigious award given to the kid who was the biggest clown in any given year/season.

Person 1: "Dude, did you hear Babbo wont C.O.T.Y. again for the 4th straight season?"
Person 2: "Haha, no shocker there. Kid's a clown, he caps a lot too."
