Cody Syndrome

When a co-worker gets a better job or position and find themselves too good to talk to old friends and associates below the supervisor status any more.

"I haven't talked much to Mike lately."

"Not since he left the store?"

"Yeah."

"Ah, I guess he's developed a case of Cody Syndrome."
