The act of being heavily under the influence of alchohol and marijuana. So much so that you not only mispronounce shit faced as fit shaced, you also include fish for the added effect of the marijuana.

Person #1: (Takes hit off blunt) "Fuck brahomes, I am fish shaced."
Person #2: "Take a seat. Take a goddamn seat."
