Chronic

Slang for hydroponically grown marijuana, coined by Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. The word "hydroponic" was misheard and repeated back as

"chronic", and it stuck.

(Hits blunt) "Damn, nigga! What type of shit is this!?"

(From across the room) " It's that hydroponic!"

"It's the Chronic!?"
" Yeah"
