When you're posting photos of a small teacup yorkie dog. People also use the term "Penny posting" when sending photos of the small dog. It's quite a silly term and will often be thrown around and said randomly.

Jackson: I'm up pennymaxxing *proceeds to send photos of small teacup yorkie dog*
