Late Lorraine
Similar to a Debbie downer or a negative Nancy, a late Lorraine is someone who is constantly late and can never be on time. Even if you tell a late Lorraine to be somewhere an hour before she’s supposed to be, she’ll still somehow manage to be at least 15 minutes late.
